Wall clock from the office of the operations officer of the 4th Training and Advisory Team of the Czech Armed Forces stationed at COP Carwile in Sayed-Abad district of Wardak province, Afghanistan. The hands of the clock stopped at 17:39 as it fell to the ground because of a devastating explosion of a civilian car loaded with six tons of explosives. A suicide bomber was behind the wheel. The operations officer’s office was located approximately 700 metres from the epicentre of the explosion. A 13-metre-deep crater was created by said detonation. The attack took place on 1 September 2012.
