Wooden models of tanks that were 350 × 170 mm served as teaching models ordered by the German Wehrmacht during World War II for the training of its tank units. The models were made by Ing. G. E. Götting in Berlin.
In this case, it was a Soviet heavy tank named after the Soviet statesman and Marshal Kliment Y. Voroshilov (1881-1969). The manufacturing of this tank began as early as December 1939, but the first real combat deployment did not occur until the German invasion of the Soviet Union. In the early days of the Great Patriotic War, it became the best heavy tank on the battlefield, and its armouring was able to withstand most German anti-tank guns. Its qualities were only surpassed by the German Tiger heavy tank.
