The first-aid kit produced for civil protection purposes contains first aid equipment for head, eye and other injuries, as well as in case of burn and chemical agents. It was manufactured beginning in 1937 by the company Chema, Olomouc-Lutin.
With the ever-increasing danger of war, in the second half of the 1930s these first aid kits began to be produced for civilian use. They differed from ordinary first-aid kits in their content of agents to counter the effects of warfare chemicals such as chemite, absorbit and integrol, which were to be used when yperite and lewisite were used.
The Primosana first aid kits differed in size, which was also indicated by their designation E-101 to E-108. The smaller ones were intended for individuals, the larger ones for the needs of families, homes, schools, etc.
